Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with dreambloc. We utilize a network of print-on-demand fulfillment partners to create our products. This model ensures sustainability by only producing items when an order is placed. Please review our policies regarding shipping, returns, and product variations below.

1. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Production & Fulfillment

Please note that “shipping time” is different from “production time.”

  • Production: Since every item is custom-made upon order, please allow 2–7 business days for our fulfillment partners to manufacture and quality-check your order.
  • Shipping: Once production is complete, the item is handed to the carrier. Shipping times depend on your location within the US and the method selected at checkout.

Multi-Item Orders

We work with various specialized print providers to ensure the best quality for each item type. If you order multiple products (e.g., a hoodie and a mug), they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages at different times.

Carrier Delays

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx), dreambloc does not have control over the package. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather conditions.

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments

  • Insufficient Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our production facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. If the package remains unclaimed for more than 4 weeks, it will be donated to charity in accordance with our facility’s policies, and no refund will be issued.

2. Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because every product is custom-made specifically for you when you order it, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection. We do not hold inventory. Please review the size charts provided on the product pages carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Misprinted Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing error, we will provide a free replacement or refund.

To claim a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Email us at buildingthebloc@dreambloc.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or printing error.
  • Once the issue is verified with our print provider, we will send a replacement product immediately. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Exceptions (What is NOT considered damage)

  • Odor or Discoloration: You may notice a slight vinegar scent or off-white residue on new apparel. This is a normal part of the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing process (a fixation agent is applied to help the ink bond with the fabric). This is not a defect; it will vanish completely after the first wash.
  • Color Variations: We have made every effort to display product colors accurately. However, due to the difference between on-screen display (RGB) and physical printing (CMYK), as well as fabric absorbency, final print colors may vary slightly from your screen.
